November, 2014 – Brian Godin & Ed Godin Jr. recently completed a long term lease for 3,233 square fet of retail shop space at 510 Meriden Road in Waterbury, CT. The new tenant is Custom Coach and they will be using the space for service and customizing automobiles, vans and trucks.

July, 2014 – Brian Godin represented the Buyer in the sale of 756 Thomaston Road in Watertown, CT. The property consist of 2,2628 square foot retail building situated on 0.62 acres located on busy Route 6. Tim Angiolini, the Buyer, has purchased the property for $220,000.00. The new facility will be going through major renovations and will host his successful local State Farm Insurance Office.

The building was purchased for $102,500.00 by Matt Deziel, a local investor, who is planning to remdol the building. He has signed with Matthews Commercial Properties to search for a long term tenant.

The Seller was the family of a long term client and the new Buyers were local investors.

The properties are located in the Oxford Industrial Park area and sold for $650,000.00. The buyer was The Hurley Group based in New Haven, CT who purchased the property for future development and expansion of their very successful Hurley Farm Industrial Park.
