December, 2014 – Ed Godin Jr., SIOR represented all parties in the $400,000.00 sale of a 90,000 square foot manufacturing and warehouse facility on 4.5 acres at 300 Railroad Hill Street in Waterbury, CT. The former commercial printing facility is IG heavy industrial zoned with very good access to Route 8.
December, 2014 – Brian Godin has recently completed a long term lease for space located at 76 Watertown Road in Thomaston, CT. The space consists of 2,400 square feet of retail space and will include an exterior pario. The new tenant, Chubba’s Bagely, will be expanding with their third location in Thomaston.
December, 2014 – Brian Godin brokered the sale of a 61 Unit / 27,847 square feet of Apartment Buildings located at 69-71 Plaza Avenue in Waterbury, CT. Brian Godin represented the Sellers, ARS Investors. The property sold for $1,795,000.00
November, 2014 – Brian Godin & Ed Godin Jr. recently completed a long term lease for 3,233 square fet of retail shop space at 510 Meriden Road in Waterbury, CT. The new tenant is Custom Coach and they will be using the space for service and customizing automobiles, vans and trucks.
November, 2014 Ed Godin Jr., SIOR represented the Landlord, TSMC, Inc., in the long term lease of a 64,000 square feet portion of a builidng located at 100 Lawton Street in Torrington, CT.
October, 2014 Brian Godin brokered the sale of a 6,400 square foot office condominium located at 1484 Highland Ave., Units 2&3, Cheshire, CT. The office condominium was purchased by Community Health Center Association of Connecticut for $460,000.00.
October, 2014 Brian Godin recently completed a long term lease for the property located at 2142 Thomaston Road in Waterbury, CT. The property consists of 3,736 square feet of shop space. The Tenant, B2B Novelty, will be using the facility for storage/distribution.
October, 2014 Brian Godin represented both parties in completing a long term lease for office space located at 2030 Straits Turnpike, Middlebury, CT. The office space consists of 1,200 +/- square feet and will host a new Tenant, Augustine Counseling, LLC.
October, 2014 Ed Godin Jr, SIOR has recently represented both parties, NEJ Inc. and Cornerstone Realty, in the leasing of 140,000 square feet of warehouse and office space at 400 Captain Neville Drive in Waterbury, CT
September, 2014 Brian Godin recently completed a long term lease for 1,000 square feet stand-alone office building at 14 South Main Street in Thomaston, CT. The new Tenant, The Resource Center, will be using the space for counseling, educational advocacy, nutrition and referrals. Brian Godin represented both parties in this transaction.
August, 2014 Ed Godin Jr, SIOR represented the Tenant, FiberTech Networks, in a long term lease of an 8,000 square foot manufacturing facility at 10 Realty Drive in Cheshire, CT. The high bay warehouse facility is well located in close promimity to I-84 and I-691 highways.
July, 2014 – Brian Godin represented the Buyer in the sale of 756 Thomaston Road in Watertown, CT. The property consist of 2,2628 square foot retail building situated on 0.62 acres located on busy Route 6. Tim Angiolini, the Buyer, has purchased the property for $220,000.00. The new facility will be going through major renovations and will host his successful local State Farm Insurance Office.
July, 2014 – Brian Godin recently completed the leasing of 28,570 s/f at 650 Wolcott Street in Waterbury, CT. The space located in Mattatuck Plaza was previously occupied by Savers. The new Tenant, Red, White & Blue, are moving to accommodate their continued growth within the City of Waterbury.
June, 2014 – Ed Godin Jr., SIOR has represented the Tenant, Technology Plastics, in a long term lease of a 15,200 square feet manufacturing facility at 75 Napco Drive in Plymouth, CT.
June, 2014 – Brian Godin has completed a long term lease at 95 Wolcott Road in Wolcott, CT. The space consists of 1,500 square feet of office / retail space. Nick Longo represented the Owner and Brian Godin represented the Tenant, All Star Driver School.
May, 2014 – Brian Godin represented the Seller and completed the sale of 664 Sharon Turnpike in Goshen, CT. The property was a 14,230 square foot industrial building, located on 1.63 acres and was purchased for $320,000.00 .
May, 2014 – Ed Godin Jr., SIOR, – has been named one of the top twenty industrial brokers of Southern Connecticut and Westchester for the tenth consecutive year. He was named as a CoStar Power Broker for 2013. To achieve this honor he was measured against other commercial real estate brokers in the region and was subsequently ranked amount the top brokers in the market.
May, 2014 – Brian Godin represented both the Seller and Buyer in the sale of 155 Pine Street, Bristol, CT. The 10 bay car wash is located on busy Route 72. The well established car wash features five self serve, three touchless automatics and two truck bays. The 4,872 square foot car wash is situated on one acre of land and sold for $825,000.00..
May, 2014 – Ed Godin Jr., SIOR represented all parties in the $835,000.00 sale of a 24,000 square foot manufacturing/warehouse facility on 3.7 acres at 15 Mountain View Drive in Watertown, CT.
May, 2014 – Ed Godin Jr., SIOR represented the Seller and Brian Godin represented the Buyer in the sale of a 45,300 square foot manufacturing facility on 8 acres at 40 Callendar Road in Watertown, CT. The facility is well located in the Watertown Industrial Park with excellent access to Route 8 highway.
May, 2014 – Ed Godin Jr., SIOR has recently represented the Landlord, Meadowbrook Homes, Inc., in a long term lease of a 18,300 square foot building at 104 North Main Street in Beacon Falls, CT.
April, 2014 – Ed Godin Jr., SIOR has represented the Buyer in the $400,000.00 sale of a 110,000 square foot manufacturing facility on 2.5 acres at 155 South Leonard Street in Waterbury, CT. The multi-story facility is well located with great Route 8 exposure.
April, 2014 – Ed Godin Jr., SIOR has recently brokered a long term lease of 10,100 square feet at 353 Christian Street in Oxford, CT. The new tenant is Autonomy Technology, Inc. a manufacturer and supplier of electronic components.
April, 2014 – Ed Godin Jr., SIOR has brokered a long term lease of 20,000 square feet in the Medway Distribution Center located at 25 Research Parkway in Wallingford, CT. The very modern high end distribution facility is located just off Interstate 91 offering excellent state wide access.
April, 2014 – Brian Godin has brokered the sale of 428 West Main Street in Waterbury, CT. The building consists of 15,000 +/- square feet of retail/shop space and sold for $155,000.00.
March, 2014 – Brian Godin represented the tenant in a long term Lease for 2,100 square feet of retail/restaurant space at 562 Lakewood Road in Waterbury, CT. The new Tenant, Adrianna’s Pizza, is opening their second location to serve Waterbury’s east side. They are planning for a complete remodel and intend to be open by June, 1, 2014.
February, 2014 – Brian Godin represented both parties in the sale of 77.94 acres located on East Johnson Avenue in Cheshire. The property sold for $2,000,000.00 and was purchased by CK Greenhouses, INc. to allow for their continued expansion.
February, 2014 – Brian Godin recently completed a long term Lease for 1,500 square feet at 288 Highland Avenue in Cheshire, CT. The new Tenant, Dr. Jennifer Ballew will be opening her new office in Spring 2014. Brian represented both parties in this transaction
February, 2014 – Brian Godin recently completed a long term Lease for the property located at 1391 Waterbury Road in Thomaston, CT. The property consists of 4,400 square foot shop space. The Tenant North East Auto Doctors, owned and operated by Adam Varney will be opening in April 2014.

January, 2014 – Brian Godin and Ed Godin Jr, SIORrepresented the Town of Watertown with completing a long term lease for 5,300 square feet of retail/restaurant space at 834 Northfield Road in Watertown, CT. The new Tenant, Ordinary Joes, Inc. are opeing their second location at Crestbrook Park where they will be responsible for all Park food concessions.
January, 2014 – Ed Godin Jr, SIOR represented the Seller, TD Bank for the 12,500 square foot industrial facility located at 5 Victoria Drive in Monroe, CT. The modern facility on a 10 acre parcel sold for $950,000.00. The property was purchased by a local investor.
December, 2013 – Ed Godin Jr, SIOR represented both parties in the long term lease of a 7,500 square foot office space at 800 Main Street South in Southbury, CT. The space offered a very high quality finish and is well located just off of Interstate 84 in the center of town.
October, 2013 – Ed Godin Jr., SIOR represented the Landlord, 1755 Highland Avenue Associates, in the long term lease of a 14,000 square foot building at 1755 Highland Avenue in Cheshire, CT. The new tenant, Structural Preservation Systems, is a national company that provides specialty construction, repair and maintenance services to a wide variety of clients.
October, 2013 – Ed Godin Jr., SIOR represented both parties in the leasing of a 16,150 square foot portion of the Roundhouse Industrial Park at 567-3 South Leonard Street in Waterbury, CT. The new tenant, Aerial Lighting and Electric, Inc. of Naugatuck is a full service electrical contractor specializing in high end residential developments.
October, 2013 – Brian Godin and Ed Godin represented both the seller and buyer in the sale of an Office/Retail building located at 14 South Main Street in Thomaston, CT. The building was purchased for $102,500.00 by Matt Deziel, a local investor, who is planning to remdol the building. He has signed with Matthews Commercial Properties to search for a long term tenant.
October, 2013 – Ed Godin Jr., SIOR represented both parties in a sublease of 103,000 square feet of warehouse and manufacturing space at 1100 Buckingham Street in Watertown, CT. The 325,000 square foot industrial complex is well located just off of Route 8 and offered high quality space at a reasonable rate to the tenant.
October, 2013 – Ed Godin Jr., SIOR represented all parties in the $840,000.00 sale of 16 apartment units at 76-120 Wedgewood Drive in Waterbury, CT. The properties consisted of 4-four unit buildings well located in the East End near the Wolcott border and with good access to Interstate 84. The Seller was the family of a long term client and the new Buyers were local investors.
September, 2013 – Brian Godin represented both parties in completing a long term lease for office space located at 73 Waterbury Road in Prospect, CT. The space consists of 8,200 +/- square feet and will host a new tenant, American Earth Core Energy Services.
September, 2013 – Brian Godin has brokered two long term leases for the property located at 80 Turnpike Drive in Middlebury, CT. The new tenants, MDI East, Inc. will be utilizing 3,750 square feet of industrial space and MPL Solutions will be utilizing 5,000 square feet of industrial space.
September, 2013 – Brian Godin recently completed a long term lease for 3,300 square feet at 1630 Watertown Avenue, Waterbury, CT. The new Tenant, Spark Fitness LLC will be opening in October 2013.
August, 2013 – Brian Godin represented the Buyer in the sale of two retail building totaling 87,000 square feet at 643 Farmington Avenue in New Britain, CT. The buildings were previously occupied by Walmart and Bank of America. The property is situated on 9.03 acres of land and sold for $1,650,000.00. The property was purchased for investment purposes.
August, 2013 – Ed Godin Jr., SIOR represented the Landlord, ANTAR LLC, in the long term lease of the 13,500 square foot building at 2 Alliance Circle in Beacon Falls, CT. The new Tenant, United Rentals, a very large equipment rental company will be utilizing the facility for a regional rental center and maintenance facility.
August, 2013 – Ed Godin Jr., SIOR recently represented the Landlord, Two Morand Associates LLC, in the long term lease of a 14,000 square foot portion of a larger building at 1495 Thomaston Avenue in Waterbury, CT. The industrial complex is well located just off of Route 8 highway.
August, 2013 – Brian Godin recently completed a long term lease for 4,500 square feet at 52-64 North Main Street in Thomaston, CT. The new Tenant, C-Tek Motorworks (Auto Sales/Repair) owned by Agron and Idris Coma, will be opening in September 2013. Brian Godin represented both parties in this transaction.
July, 2013 – Brian Godin brokered two long term leases totalling 6,440 square feet at 11 Electric Avenue, Thomaston, CT. The tenants are Frontline Electric leasing 3,220 square feet front facing North Main Street and Carbs-R-Us leasing 3,220 square feet on the lower level.
July, 2013 – Ed Godin Jr., SIOR represented the Buyer, PM Sales, in the purchase of 100 New Wood Road, Watertown, CT. The 17,600 square foot manufacturing facility on 7 acres of land sold for $587,500.00.
July, 2013 – Brian Godin represented both parties and completed a long term lease for 3,750 square feet of office space at 259 Wolcott Road, Wolcott, CT. The office space will host the new Tenant, American Eagle Protective Services Corporation.

January, 2013 – Ed Godin Jr. SIOR has recently represented all parties in the sale of two land parcels totalling approximately 10 acres of industrial zoned land on Morse Road in Oxford, CT. The properties are located in the Oxford Industrial Park area and sold for $650,000.00. The buyer was The Hurley Group based in New Haven, CT who purchased the property for future development and expansion of their very successful Hurley Farm Industrial Park.
