December 2016: Waterbury CT – Ed Godin Jr. SIOR of Godin Property Brokers in Middlebury CT, has recently represented the landlord in the long term lease of a 3,200 S/F office located at 574 Heritage Road Suite 202, Southbury CT. The new tenant is Maggie Mcfly’s corporate office.
December 2016: Brian Godin of Godin Property Brokers represented both the Seller and Buyer in the sale of 19 Todd Hollow Road in Plymouth, CT. The 4,000 square foot industrial building is situated on 1. 25 acres of land and sold for $300,000.00. Wayne Chamberlain, owner of Twin Forks Enterprises bought the building to accommodate his continued growth.
December 2016: Waterbury CT – Brian Godin of Godin Property Brokers LLC, in Middlebury, CT represented both parties in long term leases for 2 spaces in 411 -415 North Main Street in Naugatuck, CT. The new tenants are Edible Dreams Custom Cakes and Anthony Mongillo
December 2016: Waterbury CT – Ed Godin Jr. SIOR of Godin Property Brokers in Middlebury CT, has recently represented both parties in the long term lease of a 29,500 square feet warehouse space at 562 Captain Neville Drive in Waterbury, CT. The modern 85,000 square foot industrial facility is located near the Cheshire border.
November 2016: Prospect, CT – Brian Godin of Godin Property Brokers represented the landlord in completing a long term lease for industrial / retail space at 6 Gramar Avenue in Prospect, CT, The space consists of 5,000 +/- square feet. The new tenant is Unlimited Fun, LLC who will using the location to rent Recreation Vehicles.
November 2016: Waterbury CT – Ed Godin of Godin Property Brokers recently represented all parties in the long term lease of 8,000 S/F industrial space located at 15 Boyden Street. The new tenant is Diversified Infrastructure Services, Inc.
November 2016: Waterbury CT – Brian Godin recently completed a long term lease for 3550 S/F industrial space located at 80 Turnpike Drive Suite 4 in Middlebury, CT. Brian represented both parties in this transaction. The new tenant is Reiner Schmelcher who is opening Maxi- Press Elastomeric, LLC selling commercial washing machine parts and accessories

To achieve this honor he was measured against other commercial real estate brokers in the region and was subsequently ranked amount the top brokers in the market.
October 2016: Oxford CT – Ed Godin Jr. SIOR of Godin Property Brokers in Middlebury CT represented all parties in the $830,000 sale of a 10,000 square foot multi-tenant industrial facility on 2.5 acres at 365 Christian Street in Oxford, CT. They also acquired an adjoining 3 acre parcel for $149,000.
October 2016: Plainville, CT – Brian Godin of Godin Property Brokers represented both the Seller and Buyer in the sale of 118 Whiting Street in Plainville, CT. The car wash has been in business for 40+ years and is located on busy Whiting Street. The car wash features five self-serve bays and one 108’ Belanger Tunnell. The 3,840 square foot car wash is situated on one acre of land and sold for $350,000.00.
October 2016: Waterbury CT – Ed Godin Jr. SIOR of Godin Property Brokers in Middlebury CT represented all parties in the $225,000 sale of a 34,000 square foot manufacturing and warehouse facility on 1 acre at 56 Eagle Street in Waterbury, CT. The former warehouse facility is well located with excellent access to Interstate 84 and Route 8 Highway. The new buyer, 56 Eagle Street LLC, is an investor. The seller was GLN LLC.
October 2016: Thomaston, CT- Brian Godin of Godin Property Brokers recently completed a long term lease for 1,261 square feet medical space at 131 Main Street in Thomaston, CT. The new Tenant, Pamela Cipriano will be using the space for general medical practice. Brian Godin represented both parties in this transaction.
September 2016: Middlebury, CT- Brian Godin of Godin Property Brokers LLC, represented both sides with completing a long term lease for the property located at 900 Straits Turnpike in Middlebury, CT. The multi-tenant building will consist of a 2,900 +/- square foot professional office space. The new tenant is Bennington Partners/Sheeshunoff Consulting, they are relocating from Southbury to accommodate their continued growth.
July 2016: Thomaston, CT – Brian and Ed Godin of Godin Property Brokers represented both parties in completing a long term lease for industrial / fitness center at 235 East Main Street in Thomaston, CT. The space consists of 5,000 +/- square feet. The new tenant is Override Athletics, their specialty is cross fitness training.
June 2016: Waterbury, CT – Ed Godin Jr, SIOR of Godin Property Brokers, represented the buyer in the $325,000 sale of a 60,000 square foot industrial facility on 3.5 acres at 15 Boyden Street in Waterbury, CT. The new buyer Riverbank Construction, is an investor with other Connecticut holdings. They are renovating the facility and re positioning it for multiple tenants. Godin Property Brokers has also been retained to provide the marketing and leasing of the project.
June 2016: Torrington CT – Ed Godin Jr. SIOR, of Godin Property Brokers in Middlebury CT, has recently brokered a 12,000 square feet lease in the Torrington Industrial Park at 230 Ella Grosso Avenue in Torrington, CT. The tenant is High Street Inc., a national reseller of furniture for the party rental industry who will be utilizing the space for warehousing.
June 2016: Thomaston, CT – Brian Godin brokered the sale of a 2,000 square foot office industrial building on 1.74 acres located at 166 Leigh Ave. in Thomaston, CT. The industrial building and facility was purchase for $215,000 by Gary Gibeault and will host his landscape business (Premier Landscape LLC)
June 2016 – Ed Godin of Godin Property Brokers in Middlebury CT has leased 7,000 square feet at Robinson Lane to Gemma Power Systems for their warehousing needs.
May 2016 – Ed Godin of Godin Property Brokers in Middlebury CT has leased 14,000 square feet at 353 Christian Street to GDC Inc. they are relocating from their Naugatuck location
May 2016 – Brian Godin of Godin Property Brokers in Middlebury CT represented both parties in the sale of a 1.6 acre prime commercial zoned property located in Thomaston, CT. The property is ideally located at a prime corner with immediate highway access/frontage to Route 6 & Route 8. The property was purchased by Mercury Fuel Services for $1,175,000.00 and will soon host a modern Cumberland Farms with their new Thomaston location.
April 2016 – Ed Godin of Godin Property Brokers in Middlebury CT represented all parties in the sale of a 22 acre industrial zoned parcel of land on Robinson Lane in Oxford, CT. The property is well located in the Oxford Industrial Park area near Oxford/Waterbury Airport with good access to Interstate 84 and Route 8 Highway.
March 2016 – Brian Godin successfully negotiated a long term lease for a 3,319 square foot office space at 76 Watertown Road in Thomaston, CT. The new building has great visibility on Route 6 located right off Route 8. Charlotte Hungerford Hospital is the new tenant, Dr. Meltzer will be moving their current location to accommodate their continued growth in Thomaston.
March 2016 – Cheshire CT – Ed Godin Jr. SIOR of Godin Property Brokers LLC, has recently brokered the long term lease of a 32,200 square foot industrial building at 60 Fieldstone Court in Cheshire, CT. The modern high bay distribution building on 4.5 acres is well located minutes from Interstate 691 and I-84 offering excellent highway access.
March 2016, Brian Godin recently completed a long term lease for 3150 S/F industrial space located at 2056 Thomaston Ave Waterbury CT. Brian represented both parties in this transaction, the new tenant is ServiceMaster who are relocating from Cheshire CT
March 2016 – Brian Godin represented the buyer for the sale of 284 Town Hill Road, Plymouth CT.
The property consists of a 8300 +/- S/F light industrial building on 1.37 acres and sold for $337,500.00 The building will go through major renovations and become the new home for Thrive Church, ( currently of Thomaston)

March 2016 – Brian Godin represented both parties in the sale of 71 New Wood Court in Watertown, CT. The 4,000 S/F shop building located on one acre was purchased for $380,000. The buyer was Premier Volvo/ Subaru and the building will serve as their new detail center.
